What to tell us early.
Checkout covers standard door-to-door delivery. Remote areas, unusual access, storage, redelivery, assembly, and packaging removal are not included unless ODSai confirms them in writing before the order.

Check doors, lifts, stairs, gates, and turning space against the packaged dimensions shown in your order. If access is unusual, tell us before ordering so we can confirm the route and available delivery service.

Is DDP available everywhere?
Checkout is currently available for the 13 countries and regions listed in our destination selector. Trade orders and other routes need a manual review.
Will I pay duty on arrival?
Not when the delivery details remain unchanged. Import duty and applicable taxes are included in the landed total charged at checkout.
Does DDP include assembly?
Assembly is included only when the selected delivery method explicitly lists it. Many knock-down pieces require assembly.
How long will delivery take?
Made-to-order production takes 3–14 days. The destination-specific total estimate is shown in checkout and ranges from 5–19 to 31–60 days for current routes.
What if my address has difficult access?
Checkout covers standard door-to-door delivery. Tell us about gates, stairs, lift limits, restricted roads, or timed access before ordering so we can confirm the route.
Can trade orders use DDP?
Yes, for supported project destinations. Trade orders may need a tailored quote based on quantities, packing, documents, and site access.
