Will I pay duty on arrival?
Not when a ready ODSai DDP quote has been accepted and the order details remain unchanged. Import duty and applicable taxes are included in the landed total shown before payment.
Does DDP include assembly?
Assembly is included only when the selected delivery method explicitly lists it. Many knock-down pieces require assembly.
How long will delivery take?
The estimate depends on availability, destination, and delivery method. Your current estimate is shown with the landed quote before payment and updated through the order journey.
What if my address has difficult access?
Share gates, stairs, lift limits, restricted roads, or timed-access rules before payment. We will confirm the suitable service and any location-specific charge in the quote.
Can trade orders use DDP?
Yes, for supported project destinations. Trade orders may need a tailored quote based on quantities, packing, documents, and site access.
