Made to order
Online catalogue pieces are made to order. Production, quality control, packing, and dispatch preparation normally take 3–14 days before transport begins.
Current online destinations
Checkout currently supports Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Other countries and trade quantities require a manual route review before ordering.
DDP price at checkout
Freight is calculated from packed volume and delivery country. Checkout also includes a destination reserve for import duty and applicable tax, so the total charged is Delivered Duty Paid. If a carrier or broker asks for an import payment on an unchanged order, contact ODSai before paying it.
Estimated total delivery time
Current estimates, including production, are: China and Hong Kong 5–19 days; Japan and Singapore 10–27 days; Australia 21–45 days; Canada 26–55 days; the United States 28–56 days; France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom 28–44 days; and the UAE 31–60 days. These are estimates, not guaranteed appointment dates.
Standard delivery and access
The online DDP amount covers standard door-to-door delivery. Assembly, room-of-choice placement, packaging removal, storage, redelivery, remote-area service, and exceptional access are not included unless confirmed in writing. Tell us about stairs, gates, lifts, restricted roads, or timed access before ordering.
Tracking and transit protection
ODSai provides order milestones and available carrier tracking after dispatch. Cross-border updates can pause during consolidation or customs. Orders are protected in transit until confirmed delivery to the checkout address; report loss or damage promptly so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy.
