We aim to describe each piece accurately. Dimensions are stated in centimetres and small manufacturing tolerances can occur. Solid teak naturally varies in grain and tone, and outdoor exposure changes its appearance; these material characteristics are not defects.
Prices and payment
Storefront prices and checkout totals are shown in USD. The amount shown immediately before card confirmation is the amount charged. ODSai may correct an obvious pricing or technical error before accepting an order and will offer cancellation and a full refund if payment was already authorized.
Order acceptance
Submitting payment is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when ODSai sends the order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order for availability, payment, fraud, sanctions, export, delivery, or obvious-error reasons; any amount captured for a cancelled order will be refunded.
Made-to-order changes and cancellation
Contact us immediately if an address, expression, or quantity is wrong. Because production may begin soon after acceptance, a change or cancellation is not guaranteed once work has started. Your statutory cancellation rights, where applicable, are not limited by this clause.
Delivery, returns, and warranty
The Shipping & DDP, Returns & Refunds, and Warranty policies form part of these terms. Delivery estimates can be affected by production, consolidation, customs, weather, carrier capacity, holidays, or local access.
Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, ODSai is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, misuse, improper assembly, or outdoor conditions outside the product’s documented care requirements.
