Information we collect
We receive the contact, account, delivery, and order details you provide when you browse, subscribe, contact us, create an account, or buy from ODSai. We also receive limited device, cookie, and usage data needed to operate, measure, and secure the storefront.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. ODSai does not store your full card number or security code. Stripe provides payment status, fraud signals, and limited transaction details needed to complete and support the order.
How we use information
We use information to provide the storefront, calculate DDP delivery, take payment, make and deliver orders, operate accounts, prevent abuse, answer requests, meet legal obligations, improve the service, and send marketing only where consent or another lawful basis allows it.
Who receives information
We share only what is needed with hosting and commerce providers, Stripe, production and logistics partners, customs and tax intermediaries, analytics or communications providers, professional advisers, and public authorities where law requires it. We do not sell personal information.
International processing and retention
A cross-border order may require information to be processed in more than one country. We retain it only as long as needed for the purposes above, warranty and order records, dispute handling, and applicable tax, accounting, or legal requirements.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time. Depending on your location, you may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability. We may need to verify identity and may retain records where law requires it.
